How do my customers connect to my venue?

You can set up your venue as either Public or Private, which affects how customers interact with the Singa mobile app before requesting their first song.

The settings can be found on the Admin/Member page on https://admin.singa.com

  1. Public venue
    For app users who are close by to your venue, it will show up in the Venue section of the Singa mobile app and allow them to request songs by tapping it from the list.
  2. Private venue
    Your customers will have to enter an access code via the Venue search page before they can request songs. You set the code yourself and can post it around your physical venue, e.g. on the karaoke screen by using the Ad manager. The user will remained logged in and will not have to enter the password for each song they request. Check our detailed info about Private venues here.
