How to manage song requests as a karaoke host?

When Party Mode is enabled, guests can send song requests directly from their phones by scanning the QR code displayed on the karaoke screen. As a karaoke host, you can manage incoming song requests and the karaoke queue directly in Singa Pro.

1. View incoming song requests

Song requests submitted by guests appear in the Requests section in Singa Pro.

When a new request arrives, you can see the requested song and the singer name entered by the guest.

2. Approve or reject song requests

As a karaoke host, you can manage incoming requests individually.

  • Approve the request to add the song to the karaoke queue.
  • Reject the request if you don't want to add the song to the queue.

Approved songs are moved to the karaoke queue and are ready to be played.

3. Change the order of songs

You can manage the order of approved songs directly in the karaoke queue.

Move songs within the queue to arrange them in the order you want the singers to perform.

4. Use Auto-approve

If you don't want to approve each song request manually, you can enable Auto-approve by going to Settings, clicking General and turning Auto-approve on.

When Auto-approve is enabled, song requests submitted by guests are automatically approved and added directly to the karaoke queue.

This is particularly useful when you want guests to manage their song requests as independently as possible.

Tip

If you want more control over which songs are added to the karaoke queue, keep Auto-approve turned off. This allows you to review each request before adding it to the queue.
