Do you provide equipment or hardware?

Singa provides access to an extensive catalog of songs, cutting-edge karaoke software, and a range of resources and support. However, equipment and facilities such as audio and visual systems are not included. Singa does not rent equipment.

We recommend that you contact your local AV installer to discuss your equipment needs. They can work directly with us to ensure all technical requirements are met for a seamless installation.

Do any reservation apps integrate with Singa?

At this time, Singa does not offer direct integrations with reservation or booking apps. While we understand that managing bookings alongside karaoke experiences can streamline your venue operations, there are currently no officially supported reservation systems or third-party apps that integrate directly with the Singa platform.

Can I still use a reservation system?

Absolutely. Many Singa partners successfully use external reservation tools alongside Singa. While these systems won’t sync automatically with Singa, you can continue to manage bookings manually or in parallel with your karaoke operations.
