How to access Singa Pro Web

You can access the Singa Pro web player directly from your computer without needing to install a dedicated app. For the best performance, audio quality, and compatibility, we highly recommend using Google Chrome.

Logging in

  • Open your browser and navigate to the Singa Pro Web login page: https://pro.singa.com/l
  • Enter your account Username OR your Email address.
  • Enter your Password and click log in.

Tips for Daily Venue Operations

To make it as easy as possible for your staff to open Singa Pro at the start of a shift, we recommend setting up quick access in your browser:

  • Create a Bookmark: While on the login page, press Ctrl + D (Windows) or Cmd + D (Mac) to save the page to your bookmarks bar.
  • Pin the Tab: Right-click the Google Chrome tab at the top of your screen and select Pin. This locks the Singa Pro tab to the left side of your browser so it cannot be accidentally closed during a busy shift.

Forgot your password? For security reasons, Singa Business Pro account passwords cannot be changed directly by the user.
