Need to update the venue address/location?
You can update or change the address of your venue by contacting us by email support@singabusiness.com or via support chat. We will update the location for you. Unfortunately, you cannot change the address or location of a venue yourself in the app or on the Admin page.
You can, however, change the opening hours of the venue via Admin page. Log in to the Admin page with your Singa credentials, select Venues (from the left) > Venue editor. If your venue location is changing continuously, we recommend you try to set your venue private. Customers can only find private venues with a code, but the location can then be anywhere inside in your country.
