The Content Filtering feature allows you to restrict the song selection of your venue's Singa by hiding explicit songs or certain artists, songs, or genres.
How to use the Content filtering feature?
- Set your Venue online in the Singa Pro app from the top right corner
- Go to admin.singa.com and log in with your Singa Pro credentials
- At the Admin page, go to Venues > Content filtering
- You can block songs for a specific venue or karaoke room by selecting the venue from the dropdown in the top right corner of the admin page.
- Choose what you want to restrict - explicit songs or specific songs, artists, or genres.
- You can use the search bar to find the artist or song you want to restrict, or add genres to the restricted list. Changes are saved automatically.
- The songs you’ve selected are now blocked for your venue. These restrictions apply across the Singa Pro app, Singa mobile apps when guests are connected to your venue, and Singa Discovery Station. Note that the venue must be online for the selected songs to remain blocked.
- You can update your blocked song list at any time.
