Pinned playlists let you keep your most important music easily accessible during your karaoke sessions. Whether it’s for weekly favorites, special events, or frequently used song lists, pinning helps you save time and stay organized.
Why use pinned playlists?
Pinned playlists are a powerful way to keep your karaoke setup efficient and engaging:

In-app feature - You can create and pin your playlists, but your customers won’t see pinned playlists when sending mobile song requests or connecting to the venue. Learn how to create your own playlists here.
How to pin playlists in Singa Pro
- Log in to the Singa Business Pro app and go to search bar (Find songs)
- You can find any playlist from the search, or check out our recommended playlists
- When you have found the playlist you wan to pin, tap the playlist
- After you are at the playlist view, tap "Add Staff Pick" button at the top right corner
- When you have pinned the playlist, you can see the same button change color to green and show "Staff Picked"
- When you return to the main search view, you can now see the new pin and tag
Can I use pinned playlists in Singa Business Box & Kiosk?
You can view all your pinned playlists in Box and Kiosk mode, but you’ll need to exit self-service karaoke mode to make any changes. This prevents customers from accidentally altering your carefully curated playlists. To edit your pinned playlists, simply exit Box or Kiosk mode and follow the steps outlined above.
