I forgot my Singa password. What should I do?

You can change your password via admin.singa.com or contact our support

Have you forgotten your password? This happens sometimes. There are different ways you can get your password back depending if you are a Singa Business Pro user or a Singa Business Lite user.

For Singa Business Pro users

Please contact our support by email at support@singabusiness.com and they will provide you with your account details and change the password if necessary. Please note that Pro account passwords cannot be changed by the user directly.

For Singa Business Lite users

If you have forgotten your password to Singa Lite, you can change it from our Admin Page admin.singa.com. Click the link Forgotten password? and enter your e-mail address that you signed up with. 

 

 

Please note, that we only have one registered email from you in our register. If you cannot remember which one it is, please contact support@singabusiness.com.
