You can set up your venue as either Public or Private, which affects how customers interact with the Singa mobile app before requesting their first song.
The settings can be found on the Admin page at https://admin.singa.com
- Public venue
For app users close to your venue, it will show up in the Venue section of the Singa mobile app and allow them to request songs by tapping it from the list. - Private venue
Your customers must enter a password via the Venue search page before requesting songs. You set the code yourself and can post it around your physical venue, e.g., on the karaoke screen, by using the Ad Manager. Please take a look at our detailed info about Private venues here.
