If you are trying to activate your venue, but can't see any venues to check in to, don't worry. Keep on reading!
Follow these steps to solve the issue:
- Go to your iPad's settings
- Go to Apps
- Go to Singa Pro
- Tap Under Allow Singa Pro to access > Location
- Choose While Using the App and Precise Location
- Reopen the Singa Pro app and you should now be able to see your venue and connect to it!
If you still can't see or connect to the venue, you can try these steps to solve the issue:
- Reinstall the Singa Pro app - Be aware that any downloaded songs will disappear
- Update your iPadOS
- Update the Singa Pro app
- Log out and log back in to the Singa Pro app
- Connect to a different WiFi network
- Restart the iPad
- Make sure you have a Singa Business Pro subscription and not a Singa Business Lite subscription.
