If your invoice is missing Value Added Tax, you can find the receipt with VAT on your Admin Billing page.
Why my invoice is missing VAT?
If you have a Singa Business Lite or Singa Business Pro subscription and you have chosen to pay with a card, your invoice might not have VAT included. Our invoices already include VAT breakdown, except if you pay with your card through Stripe.
At the moment we do not charge VAT for businesses in the United States or in the EU expect in Finland.
How to find a VAT receipt
Follow these simple steps to find any old receipts with VAT:
- Go to admin.singa.com and log in with your Singa Business credentials.
- At the left column see Organization and click Billing.
- You can see all your old receipts under Billing History.
- Press the download button
next to the receipt to download any receipt.
