If your invoice does not include Value Added Tax, you need to add your VAT number to your account's organization information.
Why is VAT missing from my invoice?
If you have a Singa Business Lite or Singa Business Pro subscription, and your payment method is a card, and the VAT is missing from your invoice, you probably haven't added your VAT number. You can add your VAT number to your account's organization information.
How to add your VAT number?
- Go to admin.singa.com and log in with your Singa Business credentials.
- In the left column, see Organization and click Company Information
- Add your VAT number
- Click Save
How to find a VAT receipt?
Follow these simple steps to find any old receipts with VAT:
- Go to admin.singa.com and log in with your Singa Business credentials.
- At the left column, see Organization and click Billing.
- You can see all your old receipts under Billing History.
- Press the download button next to the receipt to download any receipt.
