Issues with playback

If you have problems with songs not starting or if there are disruptions while the songs are playing, try the following steps:

  1. Check your internet connection. Check that your network connection is stable and working properly. You can test your internet connection speed at fast.com. We recommend a speed of 20 Mbps
  2. Restart Singa Business Lite
  3. Close unused apps or programs running in the background
  4. Restart your device
  5. Try changing the browser. We recommend that you use Chrome for the best karaoke experience
  6. Clear browsing data (History, cookies, cache)  from your browser's settings
