Issues with playback

If you have problems with songs not starting or if there are disruptions while the songs are playing, try the following steps:

  1. Check your internet connection. Check that your network connection is stable and working properly. You can test your internet connection speed at fast.com. We recommend a speed of 5 Mbps
  2. Restart Singa Business Lite
  3. Close unused apps or programs running in the background
  4. Restart your device
