Issues with playback

Songs do not play normally?

If you have problems with songs not starting or if there are disruptions while the songs are playing, try the following steps:

  1. Check your internet connection. Check that your network connection is stable and working properly. You can test your internet connection speed at fast.com. We recommend a speed of 20 Mbps to get the best Singa experience
  2. Restart Singa Business Lite
  3. Close unused apps, tabs or programs running in the background
  4. Restart your device
  5. Try changing the browser. We recommend that you use Google Chrome for the best karaoke experience
  6. Clear browsing data (history, cookies, cache) from your browser's settings. Instructions for Chrome can be found here
