Songs do not play normally?
If you have problems with songs not starting or if there are disruptions while the songs are playing, try the following steps:
- Check your internet connection. Check that your network connection is stable and working properly. You can test your internet connection speed at fast.com. We recommend a speed of 20 Mbps to get the best Singa experience
- Restart Singa Business Lite
- Close unused apps, tabs or programs running in the background
- Restart your device
- Try changing the browser. We recommend that you use Google Chrome for the best karaoke experience
- Clear browsing data (history, cookies, cache) from your browser's settings. Instructions for Chrome can be found here
