The karaoke room is not connecting?

If your karaoke room is not connecting to the Devices Management, reset the Karaoke Box mode from your karaoke room's iPad.

If your karaoke room is not connecting to the Devices Management, reset the Karaoke Box mode from your karaoke room's iPad:

  1. Log in to Singa Business Pro App with your Singa Pro credentials.
  2. Click ratasSettings, choose Self-Service Karaoke, and Enable Karaoke Box mode.
  3. Please name your karaoke room, for example, Room 1, Blue Room, etc.
  4. Log in to the Admin page using your Singa Pro credentials. Under Devices management, you can see the added karaoke room.
