Key updates

New chatbot for after-hours support

We’re excited to introduce our new chatbot that helps you find answers to questions outside our business hours. The bot is still in testing and learns from our Knowledge Base to provide answers. While it has already been helpful, it may occasionally miss the mark or give the wrong response as it continues to improve. We appreciate your patience and feedback!

Note! Please add your email to the conversation so we can follow up if the bot can’t answer your question. Our bot is available at the bottom right corner of our Knowledge Base .

Playlist visibility and update timing in Singa Pro

When you (or your customers) create or update a playlist, it now appears in search results within a few minutes, though slight delays can happen due to network latency. However, if you delete a playlist, it may take up to several hours for the catalog to fully update.

Note! Singlists with fewer than five songs won’t appear in Singa Pro’s search results. For better visibility, we recommend creating singlists with at least six songs.

Ending Support for iOS 15

To ensure the best performance and access to new features, Singa Pro no longer supports iOS 15. If you're still using iOS 15, we recommend updating your device to a more recent version to continue enjoying full support and the latest improvements. See our technical requirements here.

Show seasonal ads between karaoke songs

Looking to spread some holiday cheer and boost engagement? Singa’s Ad Manager lets you easily display custom ads between songs. Use this feature to highlight special holiday offerings or promotions. Here are some ideas to get started:

Promote holiday reservations: Let customers know they can book their Christmas dinner in advance. A festive, welcoming message like “Looking for a worry-free Christmas? Book your table now!” can encourage early bookings.
Showcase seasonal drinks: Feature your holiday cocktails, like a “Christmas Cocktail for 12€” to get customers in the festive spirit.

Create a holiday playlist: Put together a playlist of popular holiday songs to inspire festive singalongs and keep the mood upbeat, or take a look on some of the singlists in this article!
Run a Christmas-themed karaoke contest: Engage guests by hosting a contest for the best holiday-themed performance. Don't forget the prize!
Holiday attire: Suggest guests come in holiday outfits or provide props (like Santa hats) for extra fun and photo opportunities.
