How can I leave a song request? Why some songs have been removed from Singa?
Why can't I find all the songs I want to sing?
We are constantly striving to expand our karaoke catalog and keep adding new content on a weekly basis. If you can’t find a particular song, it may be because there is no karaoke version available of the song or it has not yet been added to our collection.
Also, certain songs may only be available in specific regions or countries. Licensing terms can vary, meaning some songs may not be accessible everywhere.
However, our goal is for you to find all your favorite karaoke songs on Singa. We are therefore happy to receive any suggestions and tips on the songs you want on Singa. You can send your requests to support@singa.com.
When can a song be added to the Singa?
If the song can be found in the catalogs of one of our affiliated karaoke companies we can add it to our collection quite quickly. If the song is not in any catalog we have a license to use we pass on a request to the karaoke producers.
Why a song has been removed from Singa?
Occasionally, songs are removed from our catalog due to licensing agreements. Licensing can change over time, and in some cases, we are required to take down certain songs to comply with updated terms set by the rights holders, such as the artist, their label, or other copyright owners. We understand this can be disappointing, and we’re always working to maintain a wide selection of songs.
Can the song be added back to the Singa at some point?
Sometimes songs can return to our catalog if licensing agreements are updated or renewed. We’re always in touch with rights holders to keep our catalog as complete as possible, so if the opportunity arises to add a deleted song back, we’ll certainly consider it.
While we can’t guarantee a specific timeline, please know that we’re constantly working to bring in more songs.
