Why the device does not turn on?

Sometimes the battery might have gone empty. It takes a moment to charge back up again

  • Check if the battery is discharged and connect it to a charger. Wait for 10 minutes, because if the battery is completely discharged, it will take a while for the device to receive enough charge to power on
  • The device will start automatically after about 10 minutes of charging. We recommend you to always have the iPad connected to a charger, or at least just before and during your karaoke event
  • If the battery does not charge when the HDMI adapter is plugged between the device and the charging cable, disconnect the charging cable from the adapter and turn it over. Alternatively, you can remove the adapter completely and charge the device first
  • If all else fails, check that your charger is working normally, e.g. by trying to charge another device or using another charger with your device
  • It's possible that there's a hardware issue with your iPad, such as a malfunctioning power button or a problem with the internal components. If you suspect this is the case, you may need to take it to an authorized service center for repair.

  • Software issue: In some cases, a software glitch or crash can prevent the iPad from turning on. You can try performing a hard reset by holding down the power button and the home button (or volume down button on iPads without a physical home button) simultaneously for about 10 seconds until you see the Apple logo appear.

  • Water damage: If your iPad has been exposed to water or other liquids, it could be causing the issue. In such cases, you should avoid turning it on and instead, take it to a repair center as soon as possible to prevent further damage.

If none of these solutions work, it's best to contact Apple Support or visit an authorized service center for further assistance.
