How to cancel Singa Business Lite?
You can cancel your Singa Business Lite subscription at any time directly through your account portal:
1. Log into your Singa account.
2. Choose Organization > Billing
3. Click Cancel Subscription.
Cancellation period and refunds:
- Cancellations must be completed before the renewal date to avoid automatic charges for the next billing cycle.
- The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- No refunds are issued for unused time within the current billing cycle or for the cancellations made after the renewal date.
Please note that canceling the consumer license Singa Premium does not cancel the Business Lite subscription.
