Why the iPad does not hold charge?

Do you have issues with your chargers being unable to keep iPads fully charged? Read how to fix this!

Battery draining fast on your Singa iPad?

Singa is built to run efficiently on the charger that ships in the box. In rare cases — depending on your TV and/or speaker setup, you may need a more powerful 30W charger. Singa itself can't compensate for underpowered charging.

Tips to get the most out of each charge:

  • Close other apps and avoid unnecessary background usage while running Singa Pro.
  • Keep the iPad fully charged between sessions.
  • Turn off Background App Refresh: Settings > General > Background App Refresh.
  • Lower screen brightness, or switch to Dark Mode.
  • Turn on Low Power Mode: Settings > Battery.
  • Restart your iPad: Top button + Volume button (no Home button) or just the Top button (with Home button), then drag to power off.
  • Force restart if it's frozen: Volume Up, then Volume Down, then hold Top until the Apple logo appears (no Home button) — or hold Top + Home together (with Home button).
  • Still draining fast? Check Settings > Battery > Battery Health — if capacity has degraded significantly, the battery itself may need replacing.
