Why it says "queue locked" in Singa Business Pro?

If you receive an error message about your queue being locked, there's a few things you can try to rectify the situation

First try to restart the Singa Pro app:
  • Double tap the home button OR swipe up from the middle of the display and pause there for a moment
  • Swipe away the Singa app 
  • Open the Singa Pro app again and try again

Then, try by logging out of Singa Pro and back in again:

  • Open the Menu (three stripes top left) > SettingsLog out > Log out
  • Log back in using your Singa Pro credentials

If you are still experiencing issues, please check that your credentials are not in use on another main device.
