Internet connection
For the best possible user experience, we recommend using a fixed-line or high-speed wireless broadband connection. Recommended bandwidth: at least 20 Mbps.
A minimum of 20 Mbps provides the speed and stability necessary for a seamless karaoke experience, especially when streaming HD content or hosting online karaoke parties. Slower speeds may lead to buffering, lag, and disruptions, which can ruin the fun.

Browser
We recommend the Google Chrome browser, but Singa works with other browsers, too. Please make sure you have your browser updated to the latest version. Update instructions for Chrome can be found here.
If you already have Chrome installed on your computer:
- Open Google Chrome
- Go to lite.singa.com
- Log in with your Singa Lite credentials
If you don't yet have Chrome:
- Download and install Chrome from this link
- Start Chrome and go to lite.singa.com
- Log in with your Singa Lite credentials
