Why is Singa Pro lagging or bugging?

What should I check if Singa Pro app is lagging or bugging?

If Singa Pro is lagging on your iPad, there could be several reasons behind the issue. Here's a list of potential causes and solutions to help troubleshoot the problem:

1. Device Performance Issues

  • Older iPad model: Singa Pro might require more processing power than your iPad can comfortably handle, especially if you're using an older model with less RAM and processing speed.
    • Solution: Check if your iPad model meets the app's minimum system requirements, which is iPadOS 14 or newer. We recommend an iPad (6th Gen or newer) or an iPad Pro (2nd Gen or newer). If it's an older model, closing other background apps and reducing multitasking could help free up resources.

2. Outdated iOS Version

  • Running an outdated version of iOS can cause compatibility issues with Singa Pro.
    • Solution: Make sure your iPad is updated to the latest version of iOS. Go to Settings > General > Software Update to check for updates.

3. App Version Not Updated

  • An older version of the Singa Pro app may not be optimized for the latest iOS versions or might have bugs that cause lagging.
    • Solution: Check if Singa Pro is updated. Go to the App Store > Updates and install the latest version if available.

4. Network Connection

  • Singa Pro relies on a stable internet connection for streaming, so a slow or unstable connection can cause lag.
    • Solution: Ensure that you are connected to a fast and stable Wi-Fi network. You can try running a speed test to check your connection (for example at fast.com).

5. Storage Space Issues

  • If your iPad is running low on storage, it may impact the performance of the Singa Pro app, causing it to slow down or lag.
    • Solution: Check your storage by going to Settings > General > iPad Storage. Delete unused apps or files to free up space if necessary.

6. Background Apps Running

  • Having too many apps running in the background can slow down the device's performance.
    • Solution: Close all background apps by double-clicking the Home button (or swiping up on newer iPads without the Home button) and swiping up on the app previews to close them.

7. App Cache

  • App data or cache files may be causing the app to lag.
    • Solution: You could try deleting and reinstalling Singa Pro. Deleting the app will clear its cache, and reinstalling will ensure that fresh data is used. Please note that deleting Singa will also remove all the files (songs) downloaded to the iPad's memory.

8. Battery Performance

  • If your iPad is running in low-power mode or the battery is very low, it can throttle the performance to conserve power.
    • Solution: Make sure the battery is charged and not in Low Power Mode. We also recommend getting at least a 20W charger if you have issues with battery performance.
