Why am I seeing an "Authentication Failed" error?

If you're seeing the message "Authentication failed" when trying to log in, it means the system couldn’t verify your identity. This typically happens when your login details don’t match what’s on record.

What can I do?

  1. Check your login credentials
    Make sure you're using the correct username and password (for example big and small letters)
  2. Check your internet connection
    In most cases, the Wi-Fi connection is lost. Check your device settings under the Settings app > Wi-Fi. Sign in to your Wi-Fi network again, then go back to Singa.
  3. Reset your network connections
    Note that sometimes your device may require resetting your network connections if the connection is poor. Settings > General > Reset > Transfer or Reset iPad > Reset > Reset Network Settings. After that, log in to Singa again.
