I have lost my Singa login credentials, what should I do?

Have you lost your credentials for Singa Pro, Box, or Lite? Don't worry, you'll find them with the help of this article.

Singa Business Pro or Box plan

  • Every Pro or Box account has an username and a password.
  • If you have subscribed to Singa Business Pro or Singa Business Box, you can find the login information in the onboarding email we have sent you when you started your journey with Singa.
  • If you can't find the email or have deleted it, contact our support at support@singabusiness.com and we will send you the credentials again.
  • We can also update your password if needed.

Singa Business Lite plan

  • Every Lite account has an email as username and a password.
  • The username email is the one where you receive your Singa Business Lite payment receipts for example.
  • If you have forgotten your password, you can change it from our Admin Page admin.singa.com. Click the link Forgotten password? and enter your email address that you signed up with. 
  • If you don't know the email you have used, email our support at support@singabusiness.com and we will help you find your correct email.
