What to do if the device disappears from the device management?

Can't see the device in the device management on the Admin page? Read how to add it back

If you can't see the device on the Admin page under Device management, you can add it back easily by following the instructions below. 

Note: If you are still in box mode, exit it first by tapping the room's name in the top right corner of the Pin code view or the Singa logo and entering your Singa Pro password

  1. Log in to Singa Business Pro App with your Singa Pro credentials.
  2. Click ratasSettings, choose Self-Service Karaoke, and Enable Karaoke Box mode.
  3. Please name your karaoke room, for example, Room 1, Blue Room, etc.
  4. Log in to the Admin page using your Singa Pro credentials. Under Devices management, you can see the added karaoke room.


The device will then show up on the Admin page like this:
