Why my account seems as not active?

Do you have an active Singa Business license, but it is inactive? Read here what to do

If you log into your Singa Business account (Singa Pro app or at lite.singa.com) and the account is inactive, there a few things you should check:

1. You are logged in with the right Singa credentials

  • Check your email for the registration email or an onboarding email (Singa Pro customers) for your login and password

2. You are using the right app

  • Singa Lite works with a computer's browser at lite.singa.com and Singa Pro with an Apple's iPad in Singa Pro app. Make sure you are not logged in to our consumer app Singa Karaoke

3. You have added your payment card to the Admin page

  • If you are using card payment as a payment method, check that you have added your payment card with the instructions here

4. Your invoices are up to date

  • To check your invoice status, please contact our finance team at billing@singa.com
