Singa Business Pro is not working

Experiencing issues with Singa Business Pro?

To determine if the issue is on our end, you can start by checking our status page.

If no issues are reported, please follow these steps if you encounter any problems with the Singa Pro Karaoke services.

1. Close and reopen the Singa Pro Karaoke app. If this doesn't resolve the issue, please proceed to the next section.

2. Log out of the Singa Pro Karaoke app and sign back in.

  • Open the Singa Pro app.
  • Go to Singa Pro Settings > User Account > Log out.
  • Sign back in again.

3. Ensure you have the latest iPadOS software version by downloading and installing any available updates.

  • Go to iPad Settings > General > Software > Download & Install.

4. Update the Singa Pro Karaoke app to the newest version from the App Store.

5. Verify that your internet connection is working properly and fast enough by visiting www.fast.com using your iPad's web browser.

6. Check that your memory is not full.

7. If the previous steps did not help, you can try to delete Singa Pro app and reinstall it from the App Store. Be aware that any songs you have downloaded will disappear after you have deleted the app.

8. Restart your iPad.
