- Check your connection speed at fast.com. Singa works best when your connection speed is at least 20 Mbps.
- If your connection is slow, try resetting your device's network settings.
- Close the application completely and reopen it.
- Check your device's settings for software updates.
- Check the App Store to make sure you have the latest version of the Singa Pro app.
- Warning: uninstalling the app will remove all downloaded songs from offline mode.
