Sometimes the song does not want to start. Here´s some tips to check to fix the issue
- Check the device software update. If not up to date, update.
- Check your internet connection via Safari from fast.com (works the best with at least 10 MBPS. If the connection is poor, Reset the network settings from the device
- Press the Home button twice and swipe Singa away, log in again
- Clear and remove Safari history (Apple Settings -> search and select Safari - Clear and remove history)
- Boot the device by pressing the home key and the power key briefly until the Apple icon appears on the screen
Note, that if you have your own device, the easiest way to release some space to refresh the usage is to remove the Singa Pro app (and re-install it again after).
