The song does not play. What should I do?

Sometimes, the song may not start. Here are some tips to help you fix the issue.

If you are experiencing issues with playing songs on Singa, please follow these steps:

1. Check your Internet connection
  • Check that your device is connected to the Internet.
  • Check your connection speed at fast.com. Singa works best when your connection speed is at least 20 Mbps.
  • If your connection is slow, try resetting your device's network settings.
2. Restart Singa Pro
  • Close the application completely and reopen it.
3. Check for updates
  • Check your device's settings for software updates.
  • Check the App Store to make sure you have the latest version of the Singa Pro app.
4. Uninstall and reinstall the Singa Pro app from the App Store
  • Warning: uninstalling the app will remove all downloaded songs from offline mode.
If these are important to you, please contact us before uninstalling the app.

5. Make sure you have enough free memory on the iPad
  • If the iPad memory is full, it may cause issues with the Singa Pro app. Please check our instructions here.
