How to request songs from the Singa consumer app?

Here’s how you can guide your customers to request songs through the Singa mobile app!

Step 1: Activate Your Venue in Singa Pro

  • Before your customers can start sending song requests, you need to activate your venue.
  • If your venue is set to private, you can provide your customers with a unique venue code, which they can use to find and connect to your venue in their Singa app.

Step 2: Guide Your Customers to Request Songs

Once your venue is active, your customers can follow these steps to send song requests directly from their Singa mobile app:

  1. Download and sign in to the Singa app – Your customers should download the Singa app from the App Store or Google Play and sign in with their Singa account (registration is free).

  2. Connect to the venue – In the bottom navigation of the app, your customers can tap ‘Venues’ to find your venue by scrolling, searching by name or location, or using the map view.

  3. Request a song – After connecting to your venue, customers can browse the song library, select a song, and tap ‘Request Song’. They can track the status of their request via the app, including seeing when their song is queued.

Tip for Smooth Operations

Encourage your customers to sign in to the Singa app before they arrive at your venue. This will make the song request process even faster, allowing them to quickly connect and submit their song choices upon arrival.

By enabling song requests through the Singa app, you can create a more interactive and enjoyable karaoke experience for your customers, while also optimizing your workflow as a host.
